Buying from Cruden

We know that everyone’s circumstances are different - whether you are a first time buyer, upsizing or downsizing, we will work with you to qualify you for a home in terms of YOUR affordability and ensure that you have a structured budget plan in place that is tailored to meet your individual circumstances.

Buying ‘off plan’ gives you the advantage of planning your finances.  Our structured purchase plan will advise you of your estimated monthly mortgage payments, deposit required and other costs associated with home ownership.  We anticipate completion of our first new homes early next year, giving you plenty of time to save, sell your existing property or give notice on your rental agreement.

For first time buyers, Cruden also offer our own unique initiative, the Unique Property Solutions scheme (UPS). This scheme addresses the significant issues affecting deposit funding and credit ratings which can prevent many first time buyers from securing a traditional mortgage and getting a foot on the property ladder.  Again buying off plan allows purchasers time to resolve these issues and move forward with the purchase of their first home.
