Cruden Homes West have added even more accolades to their ever-growing trophy cabinet, after picking up two awards and a commendation at The Herald Property Awards 2016 on 22 September.

On a highly successful night for the company at Glasgow’s Crowne Plaza hotel, Cruden Homes West’s commitment to excellent customer service was recognised, with the sales team taking home the Residential Sales Team of the Year.

In partnership with the Wheatley Group and Glasgow Housing Association, Cruden Homes West also won Affordable Housing Development of the Year for North Toryglen in Glasgow.

King’s View – part of the North Toryglen development that Cruden Homes West has built for private sale – was also commended in the Best Housing Regeneration Project category.

Allan Callaghan, Managing Director of Cruden Homes West said:

“Our aim at Cruden Homes West is always to exceed expectations, so it’s great to win awards and get recognition from our industry peers for the high quality homes and service that we deliver. Our sales team are absolutely delighted to have taken home the Residential Sales Team of the Year award, which I think is extremely well deserved for a team who I know always go that extra mile for their customers.

“As a company which has always focused on regeneration, affordability, energy efficiency and creating real mixed-tenure communities, it was also fantastic that King’s View and North Toryglen also picked up an award and a commendation. I hope that our innovative, forward thinking and bespoke approach to design and construction will help us win many more awards in the future, and also win us many more happy customers.”
