We are proud to say that King’s View will play a pivotal role in the rebirth of North Toryglen, one of eight areas in Glasgow identified for regeneration and development through the Transforming Communities Glasgow programme.
Each of the eight areas is known as a TRA – a Transformational Regeneration Area.
So what is a TRA?
Put simply, it’s a programme by Glasgow City Council, the Scottish Government and Glasgow Housing Association, which aims to provide new sustainable mixed tenure communities through the provision of new housing, community facilities, green space and where appropriate commercial units.
What does it mean for you?
The fact that we are building within a TRA is great news for you if you are considering a move to North Toryglen. The development will be the centre of a brand new affordable, sustainable and vibrant community – with first class community and commercial facilities.
It is one of eight regeneration hubs identified as part of this ground-breaking programme which has the full backing of Government, Glasgow City Council and Glasgow Housing Association.
This is your chance to snap up affordable housing and be part of the rebirth of one of Glasgow’s most iconic areas, and help shape the future for generations to come.
